Join the Disbursements Data Services & Check Print Support Processing team as the new Transactions Specialist IV!
As a Data Services team member, you will handle time-sensitive client inquiries and analyze complex transactional data. Your role involves understanding transmission setups, performing root cause analysis, creating data queries, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Your work ensures the smooth processing of check print, issuance, and reconciled files.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Research data transmission failures
+ Identify data errors within large datasets
+ Develop and maintain knowledge to support client inquiries across complex mainframe and web-based applications for all Disbursement products
+ Work overtime on client escalated inquiries when multiple payees are impacted
+ Meet service level agreements for internal business partner inquiries via email, chat, and case management applications
+ Respond to end-to-end processing inquiries involving client input data providers, internal check composition teams, document services, reconciliation, and couriers
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ Experience testing or setting up transmissions
+ Client service experience in responding to complex transmission and data inquiries
+ Ability to explain working knowledge of related experience or transferable skills
+ Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with great attention to detail and accuracy
+ Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
+ A drive for excellence and the ability to multi-task to meet delivery timeframes
+ Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills
+ Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
