- Change Management group who supports SAP system users.
- The function of this team is to realize that users are requesting access to SAP and this team assigns training for the questions they are asking. Understand what training is assigned and then perform that training so users can get access.
- It is a ton of user support, being able to understand user questions, problem solve on why they are not getting users.
- Additional support needed due to the doubling of user base and thus the questions coming in due to Allergan integration.
- Organizational skills are needed to move files around, to proof training courses and be sure they are available and able to be accessed on a regular basis. Organize their work day based on questions coming in, projects in process, etc.
- Specific industry experience that would be preferred: Someone involved in training/learning such as a teacher s aide, or training coordinator. If they have a background in SAP would be helpful, but not mandated. Desktop Help support experience would be great.
- Being able to multitask,
- More towards training support? Would not be creating training material, correct? Yes, supporting existing training materials. Another team creates them. The closest we get to content is to proof them.
- If someone has a training specialist background, would they be considered? 100% Training background would be highly desired. Looking for about 2 or less years experience?
- Would you consider more than a couple of years? Yes, if they are willing to take on the role.
- Mentioned a large part is help desk, generally A+ Help Desk is not a fit, but if they are less BTS, then most, if they can help users. Would not recruit BTS folks. More understanding training and helping them to get access, answer their questions, etc.
- Assure that employees are trained on time by assigning appropriate required curriculum for individual employees. Gather data and report training metrics to management. May require other training responsibilities as directed.
