Qualifications/Duties:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of experience
• EIT/PE
• Experience with traffic signal design and traffic impact analysis
• Develop traffic and transportation planning and engineering solutions
• Perform traffic modeling and design traffic signals, roadways, intersections, etc
• Proficient in MicroStation, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Proficient in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS, Aimsum, AutoTurn
• Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
