Job Title: Time and Attendance Systems Sales Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Focus on designing and selling time and attendance systems and related payroll services.
- Track and report on the status of all proposal components.
- Engage technical expertise as needed during pre-sales.
- Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.
- Collaborate with other business units within the company to achieve annual and quarterly goals.
- Attend customer opportunity/strategy meetings to understand and articulate business and technical strategy for the company and customer.
- Attend and/or present at client-related or industry-related trade shows
- Work with peers to advise and recommend future technology and services.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are valid and meet customer specifications.
- Work closely with Vendors/Partners to keep up to date with current and future technologies.
- Maintain a high level of industry awareness through training and self-development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following new sales through the entire process.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and are consistent with Core Values.
Typical Hours:
- 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Travel Required:
- Occasionally.
Compensation:
- Expected first-year total compensation: $90,000 OTE.
- Bonus/commission structure details to be discussed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and selling time and attendance or payroll solutions.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to design in-depth technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to large internal and external audiences and at board level.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to engage and effectively interact with people from many different disciplines.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships at every level of an organization.
