The Director of Rehabilitation oversees the clinical quality, integrity, service excellence, and financial sustainability of rehabilitation programs in a designated area, ensuring alignment with customer and company expectations. This role involves planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical services, documentation, billing, and customer relations. The Director also identifies growth opportunities and assesses their effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current state license; Therapist license preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year as a treating therapist or therapy assistant; three (3) years preferred.
• At least one (1) year of Director of Rehab experience.
