Test Technician - Flowly Solutions

Flowly Solutions is actively hiring for a skilled test technician for our production team.

This is a full time, Monday through Friday position with no weekend work required. Occasional overtime may be offered based on projects or heavy workload.

You must have prior experience as a test technician and electronic assembler to be considered for this role. You will be required to assemble and test a wide variety of products such as power supplies and transformers. We are willing to train the right employee on our specific products. You must be willing to work with high voltages on a daily basis.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling a variety of high voltage electronics from start to finish using hand and power tools
• Following detailed schematics for assembling complex electronic systems
• Manually setting up and running test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, generators
• Performing quality checks on your work to ensure there are no defects in production
• Testing faulty equipment from production and products returned by customers 
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with electronics to either repair or replace parts
• Safely working with high voltages and following all lock out tag out procedures
• Completing sub-assembly work to create final products
• Soldering small parts and wires under a microscope

Qualifications:

• A strong background in electronic test technician work and assembly
• A strong schematic and blueprint understanding
• The willingness to work with high voltages on a daily basis
• Prior experience in hand soldering wire and boards
• The ability to set up an run an oscilloscope unassisted 
• The physical ability to lift 50 pounds 
• Reliable transportation to work
• A college degree in electronics or electrical engineering is preferred but it is not required
