About the Job
Pay: $21-23hr DOE
Duration: 6-12 weeks estimated
Responsibilities:
-Racking IT hardware (Racking refers to the process of placing hardware components (like servers) into racks in a data center. Hardware needs to be physically organized and housed in racks. Proper racking is crucial for efficient cooling and maintenance)
-De-rack IT Hardware (De-racking typically means rearranging or reorganizing hardware for these reasons);
-Upgrades: Adding new hardware or replacing old equipment might require a new arrangement
-Cooling Efficiency: Improving airflow and cooling by changing the layout
-Maintenance: Accessing or servicing hardware might necessitate a change in how the equipment is organized
-Assist with packing and unpacking of new and used IT equipment
-Maintain the job site cleanliness
-Work within a team environment

Qualifications:
-Ability to work independently and as a team adapt to changing conditions in a rural setting
-Someone with prior warehouse or IT experience/skills
-Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
-A dependable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic to start and finish the project in the determined timeline
