Client Overview:
Our client is a leader in fragrances, they are looking for a Temporary Sales Administrator who can adapt to their busy work environment with ease. They offer a fantastic work environment, that fosters collaboration in innovation.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr
Position Overview:
As the Temporary Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account team, providing critical assistance, and gaining an in-depth understanding of our clients’ internal systems. The Temporary Sales Administrator will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy of administrative tasks. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Sales Administrator:
- Administer creative briefings and sample requests from start to finish, ensuring thorough preparation for submission.
- Manage materials and samples for client presentations.
- Assist in creating client presentation collateral display materials as needed.
- Ensure client comfort and manage logistics during visits to the company.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal personnel.
- Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries using system knowledge, creative investigation, innovative follow-up, and problem-solving techniques.
- Provide the business team with timely information on clients’ requests, insights, and communications.
- Coordinate schedules and communications.
- Attend business team meetings or review workflow as needed.
- Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist, liaising with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, Regulatory, Labs, and QC as required.
- Update projects by attaching price quotations, fragrance descriptions, and customer-specific documentation.
- Maintain and update product bases and packaging arrivals.
- Prepare samples for shipment, requesting and including supporting documentation.
- Provide shipping and tracking information to customers and internal teams.
- Support brief entry and project support, as well as the creation of NBO documentation to ensure the smooth transition of new wins to production.
- Provide backup and administrative support to the larger coordination team.
- May be responsible for additional tasks based on business needs.
Qualifications for the Temporary Sales Administrator:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Possess the highest level of organizational skills.
- Punctual, organized, and detailed.
- 2+ years of administrative experience working under a team leader.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
