Client Overview:
Our client is a well-known studio committed to excellence and providing a nice environment for their employees. They are currently looking to add a Temporary Data Entry Clerk to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$17/hr
Position Overview:
The Temporary Data Entry Clerk will provide support with basic data entry and assist in organizing the internal files. The Temporary Data Entry Clerk will transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Data Entry Clerk:
- Accurately input data into company databases and systems from various source documents.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data and ensure it is current and accurate.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications for the Temporary Data Entry Clerk:
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
