Position - Temporary Bilingual Logistics Support
Area - Supply Chain
Reports to - Supply Chain Director
Length of Assignment: 4 - 6 months
Location: 77040 - Hybrid 3X2
I. SUMMARY:
Supports the Supply Chain area in their day-to-day operations including in the monitoring of warehouse inventory and control.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create inventory reports and communicate findings with stakeholders to help maintain adequate amount of inventory and quality control.
-Supports Supply Chain by ensuring proper compliance and regulations and alerts appropriate personnel when attention is needed.
-Coordinates shipments with clients and vendors and ensures products reach their destination efficiently.
III. Profile:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in logistic or Supply Chain or a combination of some college and a relevant experience.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience performing similar relevant industry duties
Language
English and Spanish

- Ensuring that all order details are accurate and complete to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Effectively interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Organization: Keeping track of multiple orders, deadlines, and inventory levels in an orderly and systematic manner.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the order process, such as delays, incorrect items, or inventory shortages.
- Technical Proficiency: Using order management software and other tools to track orders, manage inventory, and analyze data.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and handle high volumes of orders.
- Analytical Skills: Assessing order patterns and performance metrics to identify trends, make forecasts, and improve processes.
- Negotiation: Working with suppliers and logistics providers to secure favorable terms and resolve conflicts.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and responsive to changes in demand, order volume, or supply chain disruptions
- Technical Skills: Basic Knowledge of SAP, Proficient in software packages including Windows, and Microsoft Office (Excel).
V. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Prolonged periods of time in the workstation.
