Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- The temporary scanning position will primarily consist of converting paper to scanned images.
- You will need to perform quality analysis of the images to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- There will also be other administrative tasks which may include greeting clients, opening, distributing and posting of mail, as well as filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be punctual, reliable and able to work well independently and within a team.
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
- Hours: 20-30 per week.
- Flexible schedule, generally 9-2.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant
- Must have knowledge of administrative procedures
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
