Location: Piscataway, NJ 08854 (Hybrid Schedule - 3 days on site, 2 days remote)

Job Summary:
The overall purpose of this position is to provide program support to CLIENT units using CLIENT's credit card functionality and analyze daily/monthly statements. The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining the merchant account lending program (MALP), administer payment accounts, ensuring data accuracy for credit card transactions in Concentration Banking accounts, and to perform reconciliations to ensure everything is recorded properly. The role typically reports to a Senior Manager and manages 0 direct reports. This position works under general guidance and is allowed to make most decisions based on his/her best judgment, experience, and established procedures and policies.
Essential Functions:
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
• Performs financial analysis on the daily reports for conference receipts to ensure accuracy. Ensures that the amount received by the bank is processed into Oracle Treasury and reconcile the two ledgers.
• Performs financial analysis on the daily receipt processed through PayPal. Ensures that the amount received by the bank is processed into Oracle Treasury and reconciles the two ledgers.
• Analyzes monthly statement from Client Merchant Services to ensure that CLIENT is paying optimal amount of interchange and fees monthly. Develops a thorough understanding of the increases in fees paid month to month, account to account. Provides solutions to the team to reduce the fees.
• Works with web contributors to develop and maintain forms for clients desiring to use the merchant Lending Program and maintains agreement with customer
• Maintains PCI Compliant process for registration with client, including use of PA-DSS compliant software, and ensures equipment maintains PCI Compliant status. Works with the clients if they are not in compliance, and has authority to not release TID until documentation is produced.
• Serves as a liaison between conference committee and CLIENT's merchant bank to set up terminal identification numbers (TIDs) for use with various credit card processing software.
• Links conference registration system to CB account for conference organizers/ treasurers/registration companies who need assistance
• Works with MCM to ensure conferences managed by MCM are set up to process into CBRS
• Reconciles credit card receipts as necessary with conference treasurers/ registration companies as necessary.
• Serves as the point of contact for units using PayPal for accepting payments.
• Resolves customer inquiries & banking chargeback or retrieval requests with merchant bank and conference treasurer/registration company. Has authority to accept chargebacks from bank or dispute chargebacks with bank.
• Adds, removes, and de-activates the TIDs to the appropriate fields in Oracle Treasury so that correct high order prefix is credited for the activity. Orders new gateway accounts, create and maintain virtual terminals (as needed) and order credit card machine supplies as needed to support CLIENT Credit Card Processing Options
• Processes foreign draft requests and ensure appropriate approvals have been given prior to ordering draft.
• Performs the trade ticket matching for CLIENT's investments. Ensures that the investment trades on the manager's trade blotters match with trade tickets from the brokers and appear in the custody statement. Prepares a report to submit to the Internal Audit Department as requested.
• Serves as back up to Senior Investment Analyst in her absence in the areas of:
o Prepares the monthly investment reports, which are distributed to CLIENT units, the CLIENT Board of Directors and the Investment Committee.
o Prepares the weekly investment reports, which are distributed to CLIENT management
o Prepares the investment performance reports, including analyzing trends and variances in order to ensure accuracy of information reported.
o Prepares all investment balance and performance reports (Long Term Investment Fund, Operational Cash Fund, Defined Benefit Plan).
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
• An undergraduate degree in a relevant body of knowledge such as finance or accounting
• Minimum of three years of experience in corporate finance or Treasury environment is preferred.
Skills & Other Requirements:
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
• Intermediate to Advanced Word
• Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint
• Intermediate Oracle Financial Systems (including Oracle Treasury)
• Must be detail oriented
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism when dealing with staff and volunteers.
• Be able to present and discuss credit card processing and treasury services
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
