Temp Bilingual Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep - Ultimate Staffing Services

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual fluent in Cantonese, Chinese, or Mandarin to join our client's team. Responsibilities include providing customer service and administrative support.

Position: Bilingual Cantonese Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative
Location: Pasadena, CA onsite
Salary: $18-$20/hr
Employment Type: Full-Time, temporary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Provide administrative support (scheduling, managing supplies, maintaining records).
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Prepare and process documents.
• Assist other office staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cantonese, Chinese, or Mandarin required
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or office administration.
• Preferred: Experience in the insurance or tax industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
