Job Title: Client Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to clients by assisting with routine financial transactions.
- Greet and service clients in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures.
- Assist clients with account-related questions and issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus.
