About the Job
We are seeking a Full-Time Teller for the Bandera Branch.
The role of the Teller is to provide professional and quality service to members, complete requests promptly, resolve issues and provide accurate information. This role is expected to be familiar with and have an understanding of all deposit and loan products, branch policies, procedures, and regulatory and compliance guidelines. The individual is dedicated to delivering a positive member experience while using good judgment when processing cash transactions, negotiable items, and communicating with members. In addition, this role requires you to use resources effectively and efficiently to fulfill the member’s needs. If the individual is unable to complete the member’s request, they are accountable to seek assistance from the Lead or Branch Manager.

Experience:
Required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of cash handling experience
Education:
Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30 am-4:30 pm, 8:30 am-5:30 pm, 9:30 am-6:30 pm, and rotating Saturdays from 8:30 am-12:30 pm
Level of Work: 1B
Starting Minimum: $17.44
