A-Line Staffing is now hiring Licensed Telesales Agents – Medicare Sales . The Licensed Telesales Agent would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $20 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, with flexibility to work Saturdays and until 8:00 PM ET on a rotational basis with prior notice.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid license to sell healthcare products.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience selling in a call center environment.
• 3+ years of experience with Business-to-Consumer sales, either face-to-face or over the phone (can substitute for call center requirement).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and personnel.
• Ability to identify, research, and resolve difficult situations effectively.
