If recommended, the hiring manager has 24-hours to accept/decline this candidate. They will not call for a 2nd phone interviewDepartment: Med Tele RN- # Beds: 31- Ratios: 1:5-6- Required Certifications: BLS- Common diagnosis: CHF, strokes, chest pain, Dm, PN, COPD, detox, underlying cardiac conditions. Cath lab recoveries.- Experience: Radial band and femoral cath recoveries.- Are RN's required to titrate drips: No- Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Lasix, heparin, bumex, protonix, octreotide. - Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit: RNs read tele. They do have a centralized tele tech that helps monitor.- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Team Lead during the day- does not take patients. Charge on nights/weekends/holidays. Charge takes patients. - Are there Nurse Aides on this unit/Ratios: Yes. 1:10-12.- RT/Equipment: Cpap/bipap intermittent only. - Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hours 5-5 TL does schedule. Try to accommodate if it works for staffing. If starting middle of the schedule, you will be filled in. - Weekend Requirements: Every other.- Holiday Requirements: Evey other.- Is there Call or a Standby requirement: No- Floating floors/step down to take tele level patients.- Scrub Color: Caribbean colored scrubs.- Unit/Department Specific Orientation:1- 12 hour shift.*Radius Rule: Any clinician with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility will be offered a rate of $7.00 less than the base rate of their position. *Date Entered: 12/11/2023 Cancellation may cancel 1 shift per 8 week contract without penalty and up to 2 shifts per 13 week contract without penalty.
