Technology Analyst, Construction Operations Technologies (Onsite or Remote)
We have an immediate need for a direct hire Technology Analyst, Construction Operations Technologies to join our client, a mechanical construction organization. The Technology Analyst will run technology projects & implementations and support existing construction operations technologies and processes in place across Company’s national footprint.
Location: Remote working Central or Eastern hours. Or onsite in Dallas, Houston, Austin, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; Dulles, VA; Philadelphia, PA; Portland, OR; or Garden Grove, CA.
This job expects to pay about $90,000 – 120,000 annually plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Effectively build strong working relationships and communicate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, IT, and Divisional leadership, to ensure alignment on construction operations goals and strategies.
- Serve as a liaison with technology vendors (e.g., Autodesk) to assist with timely support and upgrades.
- Work with division leadership, functional groups, and corporate teams to implement enterprise systems and develop divisional specific workflows where necessary.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of construction operations technology initiatives across Company.
- Support the deployment and utilization of technologies such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and automations and integrations to ACC
- Engage divisional stakeholders early in the process to communicate the benefits of new technologies and address potential concerns.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all construction operations technologies, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and best practices.
- Ensure operations technology standards are consistent across the divisions, in accordance with enterprise standards.
What Gets You The Job:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in construction operations
- Familiarity with MEP processes, BIM, and construction project workflows.
- Good knowledge of cloud-based construction PM software, preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Good knowledge of emerging construction technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, meeting management and facilitation skills, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across a team and larger organization
- Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- The position will require some out of State travel to Divisional offices and job sites.
