CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking an experienced Technology Adoption Team Manager for a full-time opportunity. This is a hybrid role that will require onsite presence from Tuesday to Thursday, with flexibility for remote work on other days. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading cross-functional teams within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving technology adoption and implementing business process improvements. The role demands a strategic thinker with robust change management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Technology Adoption Specialist and Business Process Consultant teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive the integration of digital tools with existing business processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various business units and senior leadership to align technology adoption initiatives with organizational goals and to ensure the success of digital investments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology adoption initiatives using data-driven metrics and feedback, continuously improving processes as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team and across the broader organization.
- Manage change initiatives, applying organizational change management principles and methodologies to ensure smooth transitions and high adoption rates.
- Periodically travel to various field offices to support the rollout and adoption of new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology adoption or a related role, with a strong focus on financial services operations.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technology adoption projects.
- Deep understanding of organizational change management principles and tools (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).
- Proficiency in digital adoption strategies, business process reengineering, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management processes and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Preferred certifications: Prosci Change Management, PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma.
