Technical Writer/Editor - Sr - Artech LLC

 Looking for candidates that have a lot of organizational skill and some tech familiarity with mobile and or web, being able to inventory the places Cap One should need to do the tagging and work with Product to work through if our current coverage is sufficient (basically, are they just doing a conversion or do they need to add tagging in certain spots) - across the whole CDT portfolio (hence the need for 12)

Documentation Process:

• Document when specific tags should fire (e.g., when a screen is loaded).
• Identify where these tags are currently firing on iOS and where there are gaps on Android or iOS.
• Goal: Once documentation is complete, submit it to data partners for approval. Partners will confirm if the tags are standardized and appropriate.

Implementation Plan:

• After partner approval, the finalized documents will go to the engineering team for implementation.
• Significant coordination will be required with feature teams, product teams, and others.
• In some cases, certain features may not be owned by the group documenting the tags, as this is being done for the Card platform as a whole. They may own only one platform, requiring collaboration with separate groups.

Key Needs:

• A background in data would be highly beneficial to help:
  • Define meaningful metrics.
  • Identify and eliminate useless metrics.
• Enforcement of standardized tagging is critical.

Project Timeline:

• The project runs through the end of January.
• A short-term technical writer position has been opened at $103/hour, with flexibility given the short-term nature.
• Involves coordination with 3-4 suppliers.
