Technical Support at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking Technical Support for a Contract job with a client in Addison TX. The ideal candidate'sresponsibilities include managing simultaneous live chats, troubleshooting Microsoft and proprietary systems, and ensuring precise documentation for second-line teams.

 

Rate Range: $14/hour to $24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Technical Support job responsibilities include:

• Providing first-line support to internal employees through voice and chat channels, managing multiple live chats simultaneously.

• Troubleshooting basic issues on Microsoft applications, proprietary systems, and hardware such as Windows 10/11.

• Collaborating with regional and international teams to deliver high-quality client care.

• Documenting detailed support tickets for second-line resolution when first-line support is insufficient.

• Meeting or exceeding customer service metrics and performance goals consistently.

• Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Utilizing multiple resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Working onsite four days per week, with one remote day, and being available for holiday shifts if scheduled.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3-5 years in technical support or customer service.

• Experience with Agent Chat support, Windows 10, and iOS.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $14.00 to $24.00 per hour
