Technical Solutions Lead - Cannon Search

As a Technical Solutions Lead you will drive the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions in private wealth. This role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution design, product management, and team collaboration in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Development

• Lead the design, integration, and implementation of scalable solutions for web, cloud, and SaaS platforms.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs, Azure-based services, and data solutions using Snowflake, Cosmos DB, and more.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver secure and high-quality applications.
• Conduct build vs. buy analysis and ensure compliance with security standards.

Product Management

• Translate business requirements into actionable product roadmaps.
• Foster relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with vision.
• Assess risks, prioritize competing demands, and oversee end-to-end testing processes.

Experience:

• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and Azure services. Power BI is a plus.
• Experienced with SaaS/back-office financial systems (8-10 years) and technical leadership.
• Skilled in Agile/Iterative methodologies, Lean Six Sigma principles, and process improvement.
• Strong communicator with excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about finance and leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services (preferred).
