Title: Technical ServiceNow FSO Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months + possible extensions
Pay Rate: $65-70 per hour (flexible for the right resource)

Must-Have:

• 10+ years of experience working in the mix of ServiceNow consultant/Advisor and Developer.


• Strong experience with ServiceNow FSO, with a hands-on development background to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting.


• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow's ITSM framework and the ability to recommend best practices for FSO implementations and customizations.


• Exceptional ability to manage dynamic environments involving numerous stakeholders while maintaining clear and professional communication.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) alongside FSO is highly desirable but not mandatory.
