Compensation range: $94-$108K
Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid on-site 3 days a week, fully on-site while training)

Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
Technology Project Management
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Develop or update project plans for information technology project including information such as project objectives, Technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing.
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
- Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
Technical Support & Communications
- Monitor software development sprints and advise team of any upcoming changes in functionality
- Monitor software bugs and disruption in functionality, report to technology 3rd party any disruptions and communicate to team any next steps and expectations.
Technology Training & Consultation
- Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
- Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writes or establishment personnel
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
- Develop or maintain online help documentation.
Technology Use Monitoring
- Monitor ticketing queues for progress and roadblocks
- Monitor use of categories and ticket labeling for optimization
- Monitor communication usage within technology platform
Peripheral Technology Support
- Support peripheral software platforms that touch workflow and interact with main technology platforms
- Support change in process as pertains to peripheral technology.
Systems Analysis
- Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify or resolve operational problems.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex requirements, with the ability to extract meaningful insights and make recommendations.
- Statistical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and techniques, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Programming and Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python/R and experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to work with various business units to extract information, decipher problems with “people, process, tools”, and propose solutions in a timely manner.
- AWS Knowledge: Demonstrated experience leveraging AWS services - such as EC2, Redshift, S3, SageMaker, etc. - for scalable data processing, model training, and deployment. Ability to work with large-scale datasets in AWS environments.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, as well as collaborate and work in cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Business or other relevant degree
- Software development or IT/technical support background required
- PMP or CAPM preferred
- Strong technical understanding of software development concepts
- Good Communication Skills and teamwork experiences are mandatory
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Access, Outlook)
- Experienced in requirements gathering, process improvement, documentation skills
