As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The team’s mission is to develop global solutions to optimize network reliability, delivery, and efficiency. As the Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate and bring together team members who are building the technological knowledge necessary to assess readiness through a series of communications, reviews, and retrospectives. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Collaborate with partners to streamline how deployment processes are built, maintained, and transformed over time including conducting technical process definition and analysis sessions with business subject matter experts. Maintain a relationship with reporting and analytics for performance metrics.Determine how and where the new tooling should be applied in existing workflows and works through the business logic.Communicate health, status, and actions to stakeholders including management and partner organizations. Identify and assess Continuous Improvement opportunities via qualitative feedback from SMEs and process data to drive informed decision-making.
