5 years of experience in program management.4 years of experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) controls and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.Experience with designing, configuring, and troubleshooting BMS and SCADA systems using software like Factory-talk and Ignition.Experience with industrial controls in critical environments (e.g., data centers, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals).Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field.10 years of experience in facilities management, data center operations, or related engineering fields.5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience with executive-level communication.Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
