About the Job
*MUST HAVES:
-Strong computer skills
(MS Outlook, teams, ECT.)
(Proficient at typing and navigating various computer programs) -Excellent written and verbal communication (Will need to report out on high visibility repairs) -Basic automotive or truck technical knowledge (intermediate would be ideal) (Parts catalog / ordering experience is a plus) -Ability to multitask and work under pressure -Adapt to new frequent process and procedures quickly
The team provides technical repair direction and support on all Navistar proprietary products. We also work with our vendors to help resolve diagnostic and repair direction for our customers.
Aid customers after the sale of a product via case file or telephone on regards to serviceable components on products. Asked to provide part numbers for customers using many PC-based systems and books other forms of reference may be used. Utilizing technical parts knowledge and understanding of vehicle operations to answer customer concerns. On occasion calling the customer if the information they provide is not sufficient
