GENERAL OVERVIEW
The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for refining the product vision of legacy applications as well as a new SaaS platform. Other responsibilities include supporting the development team, interfacing with the business to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and leading the requirements gathering effort to achieve the organization's vision and mission. The incumbent will interface with business stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the organization's needs. They will be responsible for all requirements gathering and development team support. Additionally, they will assist in planning and managing the development project from start to finish, ensuring that the products meet customer needs. The incumbent will also set up and participate in SCRUM meetings.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Analyze and contribute to development efforts for consumer based analytical and targeting applications.
Demonstrate expertise in SDLC development environment and Agile Methodologies to support and guide the development team effectively.
Refine business requirements from Features and Epics to User Stories that will be used for development.
Perform system analyses software programs, applications, and web services.
Determine system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
Work closely with the PO, DEV and QA teams.
Efficiently integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
Analyze and improve the performance of web-based customer portals and support services.
Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
Monitor product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations.
Implement new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
Support UAT and QA as necessary.
Contribute to the agile transformation for the team.
Assist the PO with administrative aspects of Sprint planning and execution.

There are no supervisor responsibilities associated with this role. However, the incumbent functions as a team player, collaborates with others and provides guidance and advice. The role requires one to complete assigned tasks individually or in partnership with others in a timely and accurate manner.

REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work closely with the DEV teams and "Speak their Language on or offshore.
7 Plus years of experience in system development and system analytics.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar.
Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
General knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
Knowledge of data architecture and concepts.
Facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
Design and maintain efficient customer support and feedback channels.
Ensure optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
Stay updated with IT advancements.
Exceptional team player with strong verbal and written communication skills, internally and facilitating the use of new software systems.
Must be able to work with PO, internal and external clients in understanding their strategic needs and communicate in a business acumen in verbal and written form.
Excellent business process analysis skills; understanding of business processes, workflows, and organizational structure
High competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Strong sense of responsibility and motivation to learn and grow.
