The Technical Analyst/Project Manager is a driver of the organization's continued growth and success. With a commitment to efficiency and innovation, this position seeks, develops, and implements initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. From translating business requirements into technical ones, to evaluating system impacts, the Technical Analyst/PM is a detailed planner, expert communicator, process improvement leader and top-notch analyst. In addition to identifying, analyzing and recommending efficiency improvements, this position ensures successful outcomes by managing the implementation and outcomes of improvement solutions. Reporting to the Head of Technology, this position technical improvements across the organization.

responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across departments (ex: programs, finance, grant administration, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with stakeholders including managerial, and executive teams

• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate technical requirements

• Author and update technical documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements, recommendations and documentation

• Conduct process analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems

• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with technical and business partners for optimized improvements, efficiency gains and ensure effectiveness in meeting business requirements.

• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.

• Lead system and process improvement projects in clear, concise manner while ensuring expected outcomes are met
