An award winning financial planning company in Central Houston has an immediate need for a Tax Senior with 2 or more years working in PCS or with UHNW families. This unique opportunity certainly has aspects of public accounting but offers a broader experience in terms of a lifetime approach to tax planning. The tax team regularly consults with clients and collaborates with the expert wealth management team to perform year-round tax planning to optimize life-long tax mitigation. There are also a lot fewer hours not only during tax season but also throughout the year.

Compensation is very nice ($90-104K) and includes free healthcare benefits (Including Family), lots of PTO, and a great culture.

What we are looking for:

• CPA or parts passed license required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Accountancy preferred.
• Experience as a tax manager at a reputable CPA firm is required.
• Two or more years of public accounting experience with a focus on individual, trust, and small business returns.
• Experience in preparation of Forms 5471, 3520, 3520-A, 8865 and 8885 preferred.
• Experience in state tax preparation preferred.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
