Remote Role
As a Tax Operations Specialist, you will:
Responsible for maintaining tax withholding and reporting for clients.
May include Coordination, Preparation and Filing of Various Tax Forms – 1099, W-2, 1042S
Technical tax support for the business, system partners, and our team. Such as assisting with business questions, system review
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of tax records and research to support internal and external audits.
• Responsible for all identification and processing of customer communications related to Tax and TAMRA legislation.
• Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries and processes manual transactions due to system limitations that require deviation from standard process screens, scripts or procedures.
• Adheres to production, quality, and service standards, including flexibility to accommodate varied work schedule

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25.00- $27.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
