Tax Manager or Tax Senior at Virtual Company

About the Job

We are looking for a Tax Manger or Tax Senior that has 8 to 15 years of corporate tax experience. Any public accounting tax experience would be a plus but not required. In this role you will assist with real estate related tax assessments and manage the tax-exempt reporting and filing processes related to the various programs the company is utilizing and plans to utilize. You will create, implement, and monitor controls for the retail sales tax process and ecommerce sales tax process.

You will assist with federal and state tax returns, all tax related audits, and monitor tax implications of company related purchases and the tax credit purchase plan. You will be very hands on as you prepare monthly income tax provision and quarterly tax projections, and you will have some level of involvement with all income, sales, use, payroll, real estate and other tax matters in the company and its subsidiaries. We are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of tax accounting principles and is also interested in coaching and mentoring 2 or 3 tax team members. Base salary for this role is 100k to 120k and there are many other benefits and perks to discuss.
