As a Tax Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Tax Manager position should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree in Taxation or a related field is highly desirable.
2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is required.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax manager or similar role within the finance industry.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate tax, indirect taxation, tax accounting, and tax law.
5. Proven experience in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns and conducting detailed tax research.
6. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in leading and developing a team of tax professionals.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well-informed decisions.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments, external clients, and tax authorities.
9. Proficiency in tax software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
10. A proactive approach with a strong focus on accuracy, detail, and organization.
