Are you a seasoned tax professional looking to elevate your career? We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and innovative Tax Manager to join our team. This exciting role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work or a hybrid work model, allowing you to manage your work-life balance effectively. Working in the fast-paced finance industry, you will be a part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in Tax Accounting, Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, Tax Research, and Tax Advisory. With your vast experience and knowledge, you will play a vital role in our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

As our Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Leading and managing multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services for our clients.
• Developing and executing effective tax planning strategies.
• Conducting detailed tax research and analysis to identify solutions for complex tax issues.
• Ensuring accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
• Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.
• Advising clients on a variety of tax issues including tax compliance, tax audit, and tax saving strategies.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and advising clients accordingly.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to provide exceptional client service.
• Mentoring, training, and supervising tax team members and interns.
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Tax Accounting, Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, Tax Research, and Tax Advisory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. A CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of tax code, compliance, and procedures for corporations.
• Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with tax software and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
