Tax Manager - Generalist - Tandym

A professional services firm in New York City is currently seeking an experienced Tax professional to join their staff as their new Tax Manager / Generalist.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sophisticated tax services to a HNW client base and their entities
• Supervise, manage and train tax staff while working closely with clients and partners
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of total Tax experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Experience supervising staff and performing sophisticated Tax work for High Net Worth clients
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Desired Skills:

• Master's Degree in Taxation
• CPA or parts passed
