We’re hiring a Tax Manager to oversee tax engagements, develop team members, and drive client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with 5-8 years of experience who’s ready to step up as a leader.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—providing solutions and building trust.
Mentor and coach staff, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.
Conduct tax research and identify planning opportunities for clients.
Assist in driving firm growth through client management and new business development.
What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
Active CPA license.
Strong leadership, organizational, and client advisory skills.
A proactive, results-focused mindset with the ability to juggle priorities.
