Job Details
We are currently seeking a 100% Remote (can come into the office as much as you'd like if you happen to be in Greater Philadelphia, but most of our company works remote) highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic and high-growth team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of tax processes and filings for our clients. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and a chance to work with a diverse range of clients in the finance industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support for tax review work.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, aligning practices accordingly.
Foster client relationships, offering proactive tax advice and optimizing their tax position.
Collaborate with other departments and contribute to special projects.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA and advanced degree preferred.
years of public accounting experience with tax compliance and review focus.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and accounting principles.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff members.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.
