Tax Manager
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the tax function of the organization, engaging in tax research, planning, and compliance of a wide variety of tax issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and services to our clients. Youll manage tax planning, review tax returns, conduct tax research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the tax function of the organization, engaging in tax research, planning, and compliance of a wide variety of tax issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax advice and services to our clients. Youll manage tax planning, review tax returns, conduct tax research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the tax function of the organization, including preparation of 1040, 1020, 1120, and other forms as required.
- Provide tax advice and services to clients, including tax planning and compliance.
- Conduct tax research and analysis, and provide recommendations to clients.
- Reconcile and review complex tax returns, including those related to high net worth individuals, partnerships, pass through entities, S-corps, real estate investments, and other areas of taxation.
- Identify and recommend tax-saving strategies for clients.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA, EA, or other relevant certification.
- 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax research.
- Strong understanding of US tax laws, codes, regulations, and filing requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, as well as work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
