About the Job
We are working with a full-service firm with locations in New England, seeking a candidate with a minimum of seven years of experience as a Tax Attorney to join their Bridgeport, CT; Hartford, CT; or Westport, CT office. The position will be filled at the Senior Associate level, but for the right candidate, the firm may consider a Counsel or Partner level position.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience as a tax attorney, including experience in federal and state planning and disputes, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, partnership and limited liability issues, private securities offerings, and estate planning. CT Bar admission required.
