Zinman & Company services businesses and individuals residing in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, as well as, Camden County and other South Jersey areas.

We are seeking an Tax Accountant to service the needs of our business clients by providing quality tax, accounting, and advisory services.

Essential responsibilities include:

1. Tax planning for clients and prepare corporate and partnership tax returns.
2. Perform analysis of all asset, liability, and operating activity for clients; recommend modifications as warranted.
3. Prepare adjusting journal entries; assist clients in maintaining general ledgers; post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals.
4. Document and analyze financial transactions and data; reconcile financial discrepancies.
5. Summarize current financial status; prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reporting required by clients.
6. Forecast revenue, analyze profit margins, and make budget/financial recommendations.

Highly qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; current CPA certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of previous tax experience.
• Experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Experience in Ultratax.
• An interest in providing a best-in-class client experience.
