What your days look like:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns for Individual and business clients ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws
• Consulting with clients on tax planning, compliance, and IRS citations, ensuring adherence to all tax laws
• Conducting in-depth research on complex tax issues
• Leading and mentoring junior accountants – reviewing their work and advising on complex items
• Enhancing our team with your positive energy and can-do attitude

 

What you’ll bring with you:

• BS/BA in accounting and 3+ years of experience in public accounting and tax law
• Deep understanding of current tax law
• Exceptional communication, and analytical skills – you can manage multiple projects to on-time completion
• Technically savvy and comfortable with mainstream accounting/tax software – we use QuickBooks, Ultra Tax and Office 365
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management and dedication to meeting deadlines
• Intellectually curious, humble, and outgoing – you enjoy working with people
