About the Job
Our client is looking for a Talent Management/HR Business Partner will work collaboratively with executive leaders to drive business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with leadership teams to design and execute key business and organizational strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
- Lead the design and execution of talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives, in collaboration with business leaders and the broader People team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders to provide strategic guidance on people-related initiatives and organizational development.
- Offer mentorship and strategic support to employees and managers at all levels, fostering talent development, motivation, and retention.
- Ensure that policies, practices, and programs are consistently applied across regions, promoting fairness and equity.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance business alignment and drive results.
- Analyze business metrics, including retention and employee experience data, to identify and recommend systemic improvements.
- Provide strategic compensation support, including salary planning, approvals for salary adjustments, promotions, and job re-leveling.
- Collaborate with business groups to assess and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement and organizational initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key People Team partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of HR services that meet business needs.
What our client is looking for:
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management
- Experience in Organizational Design and Successional Planning
- M&A and Multi-Site Support
- Project management and workflow experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret data into meaningful insights that provide decision support for business and Organizational Development strategy implementation
- Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field and/or HR certification preferred
