About Apex Service Partners:
Apex Service Partners is a people-focused HVAC, plumbing and electrical services group whose goal is to partner with and build leading local brands around the country. We are seeking an organized and metric-driven Talent Development Manager with strong experience in leading, planning, executing, and scaling leadership and management development programs at the enterprise level.
Role Overview:
The Talent Development Manager will lead the execution and expansion of existing talent development programs for Apex Service Partners. The TD Manager will create detailed processes for managing new project intake, instructional design, delivery, and assessment for existing and new programs. Reporting to the VP of Talent Development, this role will execute annual plans for Market Leader Development Programs, OpEx Master Classes, Excellence In Action Peer Development, and seek to capture and systemize existing leadership development programs. Additionally, this role will serve as PMO for the Talent Development function, driving all workflows and project plans to completion (and serving as a complementary resource to the TD Implementation Specialist.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and refinement of our Market Leader Development Program
- Engage with and assess leadership to measure performance and areas further to improve
- Manage national ongoing projects through our PM tool (Monday.com)
- Execute clear, professional, and consistent communication throughout projects
- Create, measure and report out on dashboards to show TD program adoption
- Standardize and design various program management content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in Talent Development
- Strong understanding of Project/Program Management tools (Monday.com preferred)
- Highly effective vendor/project management, organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion and deep respect for the trades

Role Requirements:
- Role is full-time in Las Colinas, TX or Tampa, FL
- All employees must work in our office 4 days a week, with Wednesdays as an optional remote day
- Travel Requirements: up to 50%
