Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for our Plymouth and Oostburg production facilities and corporate offices. In this role, you’ll drive innovative hiring strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and build strong talent pipelines while ensuring a stellar candidate experience. You’ll also oversee key programs like internships and school partnerships, collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, and use data to continuously improve our hiring processes. What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Lead all plant recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Collaborate on professional staffing initiatives with the Senior Vice President – HR & Corporate Communications.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies using diverse channels, including social media, referrals, and community networks.
- Manage the Corporate Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and oversee job postings for internal and external recruitment.
- Create compelling recruitment materials to showcase our competitive compensation, benefits, and workplace culture.
- Oversee the Corporate Internship Program, ensuring seamless recruitment and program management.
- Continuously improve orientation and onboarding processes through analytics and feedback.
- Maintain key HR metrics and reporting within the HRIS system, providing actionable insights.
- Spearhead employee retention initiatives, referral programs, and school-to-work partnerships.
What You Can Offer
Bachelor Degree in training, human resources, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
Four to six years of recruitment experience is required with at least one year in a progressively responsible management role. Experience with high-volume recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to write and present clear understandable reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals for all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with social media platforms, UKG Recruitment Applicant Tracking Software, and Microsoft Outlook and Office products.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various levels of employees, job candidates, and management.
- Demonstrated decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong follow-through ability to meet time commitments.
- Requires a high level of confidentiality.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills to frequently deal with job candidates, employees, management, and the general public.
