PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40-$45 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As a Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting- sourcing a pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.
- Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner.
- Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly.
- Proactive tracking of progress and all work in applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met.
- Attend in person hiring events as needed
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with high volume recruiting.
- Experience recruiting technicians and assembly candidates.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- Use of LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed etc.
- Experience sourcing for engineering and technical skills.
- Full life cycle recruiting.
- Multi-site experience.
- Able to manage multi requisitions at a time (20-25+).
- Experience with Excel and Outlook.
