Summary:
The person in this position will work with the director of table games to manage 150+ employees. The following job description encompasses all the duties of a Senior Administrative Assistant and in addition the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- If needed, work as the lead for scheduling table games staff 150+ employees.
- Working in concert with player developer/marketing to ensure workload/spreads are in place for events, tournaments, special guest (s), and assigning necessary staff.
- Monitor employee personal time off request, hours available, workload needs.
- Handle potential schedule interruptions due to employee termination, illness, MLA/FMLA, bereavement, jury duty etc.. Modifying schedule in accordance.
- Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures related to personal time off, FMLA and bereavement.
- Maintain timesheets & recording of payroll for 150+ employees.
- Monitor & ensure accuracy of time clock usage in accordance to company policy.
- Make changes on nova time for manual punches and finalize end-of-week payroll.
- Monitor and document attendance for table games employees. In regards to attendance, when necessary, this position will initiate disciplinary violation forms verbal or written. Updating and following up on any issued disciplinary action due to attendance is also required.
- Monitoring, updating and tracking employee disciplinary issues.
- Computing evaluations for merit increase and submit PAF paperwork to human resources.
- Administer and grade state required Title 31 exam for table games employees twice yearly.
- Evaluation of applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, and the set up auditions.
- Attend “Meet & Greet:” at new hire orientation, accompany new employees to lunch, take them to get uniforms, give them schedule, tote box and table games policy & procedure binder.
- Departmental filing.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities except in the administrative area.
Job Requirements:
- Must have basic office and computer skills.
- Should have knowledge working with Outlook, MS Word and Excel computer applications.
- Must be 21 years if age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
Work Environment:
Employees working the Casino or Bowling Center may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.
