Job Details :
- Assignment Length: 12 weeks
- Start Date: January 12, 2025
- Shift: Day shift, 36 hours per week
- 12 hours shifts, FRI to SUN 6P-6A, Call: , Weekend:
- Pay Rate: Competitive pay of $2286 per week, with weekly pay, $1040 tax and $1246 stipend
Job Requirements:
Type of equipment - Philips, EMR - Meditech
- Must have 1 year hospital-based experience - shift is as an independent worker
- Full understanding of non-contrast and contrast studies in CT
- CT and XRAY experience with full competency
- ARRT- with CT and TMB (Texas State Licensure -Rad Tech)
- Additional Requirements: compliance with current facility health standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients
- Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images
- Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging
- Examining images to ensure they're usable
- Updating patient medical information
- Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment
