The salary range for this position is $32.05-$35.05 per hour.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Sales Brand Management Coordinator - Ole Henriksen TEMP will be responsible for assisting the Global Brand Manager in all brand efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and creative problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with timeline tracking including calendar, creative brief schedule and upcoming activation milestone dates
- Coordinate team meeting management and recaps (including scheduling, note taking, assisting with the agenda)
- Prepare reports and analyses to be used by brand management and ad hoc projects as needed
- Maintain and update VM assortment files and creative asset library (BOX)
- Assist in developing regional presentations and business recaps
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and channels: Regional Teams, Marketing, Creative, Education
- Maintain a professional relationship with key retail partners through effective and timely communication
- Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects
- Coordinate product samples - track, organize and distribute product to internal and external teams
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks including lunch catering, meeting coordination and office supplies
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about skincare is a must
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty or fashion
- Must have proficiency with MS Office, including basic Excel functions.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, always-changing environment. Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed.
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities a must
- Team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter; able to be resourceful and work independently
NOTE: This is a TEMP Position with the possibility to convert over to full time. We are looking for someone who can come into our Downtown San Francisco Office 3 days a week.
