Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Support sales initiatives and achieve store goals.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
