Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer III. In this role, you will perform complex configuration and troubleshooting to software or equipment following design or installation specifications and best practices. You will aid in the development and deployment of enterprise-level solutions for client technology systems that include cloud, on-premise, colocation, and hosted environments. This role requires delivering end-user training on hardware and software.
The Systems Engineer III is a lead role during the project lifecycle, working with the Project Manager to define project timelines, plans and schedules. You will mentor team members and ensure adherence to the project timelines, budget, and communication strategy, while driving successful project completion.
You will ensure that incidents and project tickets are filled out according to company standard and time is entered accurately. You will be responsible for creating documentation, including runbooks, as-built documentation, system diagrams, and client technology roadmaps, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate is able to organize their personal workload to complete projects assigned within deadlines and will escalate issues where appropriate, reporting results to leadership.
This position participates in an after-hours, on-call rotation to provide support for emergency client issues. To support projects and maintain client satisfaction, you may need to be available for occasional weekend and evening work.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience, or 1 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- MS or AZ Certifications or equivalent training,
- Experience in customer service or support center systems
- Develop, deploy and/or troubleshoot complex infrastructure implementations both on premise and in the cloud.
- Develop clear and concise technical documentation and deliverables.
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with client executives
- Keen ability to problem solve
- Ability to plan logically

Salary Range
$60,000 to $90,000 (Exempt)
